Hi, I'm Paloma.

I started Almaty Dove Consulting because too many projects get stuck simply because no one knows who to call, what comes next, or how all the pieces fit together.

I help property owners and professionals work through the permitting and project process with clear communication, organization, follow-through, and practical problem-solving.

I don't promise city timelines or outcomes. I help make the process easier to understand and manage within the scope of the project.
